Experience
With over 14 years of experience in public accounting, Lloyd focuses on large closely-held businesses owned by families and private equity firms with operations in multiple states and countries.  His clients operate in the manufacturing, long-term care, financial services, transportation and distribution, and retail industries.  He provides his clients with tax and financial consulting services, which include entity taxation, asset protection,
transaction analysis, family wealth planning, income and estate tax planning, business succession planning, and entity structuring to reduce income and estate taxes.

Lloyd also works with tax departments of publicly-held corporations.  These engagements include ongoing federal and state tax planning, accounting for income taxes (FASB 109), supervising the preparation of federal and state income tax returns, and coordinating federal and state examinations.
