Experience
Jimmy is a Member in our audit and assurance service group.  He has twenty years of public accounting experience in both international and local firms.

Jimmy has managed audit and related services for clients in numerous industries, including wholesale-distribution, retail, manufacturing, services, healthcare, and non-profit.  He also has performed additional services, including Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance, internal audit outsourcing, due diligence services, various agreed-upon procedure engagements, and general business consulting.  Jimmy has also been involved in both public and private securities offerings.

Jimmy is a member of Scholarship Committee of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is a also member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Memphis Chapter of the Tennessee Society of CPAs.

Jimmy is involved in numerous community activities serving as the Treasurer of Bethany Christian Services in addition to serving on the past boards of the Young Leaders Council and Grace Ventures.
