Experience
Steve has over twenty-three years of public accounting experience with both local and international accounting firms.  He specializes in the areas of pass-through entity taxation, entity structuring for privately held businesses and mergers and acquisitions for privately held businesses. 

He serves clients who operate in a wide variety of industries and have diverse types of owners ranging from private equity firms to family groups.

Professional Affiliations
Steve has served on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant’s Partnership Taxation Committee and AICPA Partnership Resource Panel.  Steve has lectured on the tax aspects of limited liability companies and partnerships.  In addition to memberships in the AICPA, TSCPA and the Memphis Chapter of CPAs, Steve also holds the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement for Tax Planning and Advising Closely-Held
Businesses.

He is currently serving on the Deans’ advisory board at Christian Brothers University.  He chairs the Board of Directors for the Visible School – Music and Worship Arts College and serves on the Board of Triumph Bank, which he helped organize.
