Experience 
Gordon focuses on providing tax, financial, multi-generational and estate planning, and organization structure consulting to individuals and businesses.  Prior consulting engagements include corporate restructures and acquisitions, organizational and operational structuring, business succession plans, negotiations on behalf of clients with outside financing sources, valuations of professional practices and closely-held businesses, and appointment by courts to oversee the financial affairs of parties in litigation.  He works extensively in litigation support and mediation services involving tax and financial matters.

Based upon expertise and leadership experience in various professional organizations, including both the profit and non-profit sectors, Gordon is available to provide value-add consulting services in the issues of governance, interdepartmental communication and co-ordination, and compensation arrangements.

Professional Affiliations
Gordon holds a variety of professional designations including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified Life Underwriter.

He serves on the Board of Directors of American Health Centers, Inc. and Evolve Financial Group, Inc.  He also serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees of these Boards.  Gordon is quite active in civic organizations, including past President of the Board of Trustees for Memphis Museums, Inc., Director and Finance Chairman of the Memphis Leadership Foundation, Former Chairman of the Board of Christ Methodist Day School, and the former Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Leadership Memphis.  Gordon is also a current member of the Advisory Board to the
University of Mississippi Patterson School of Accountancy.
