Thompson Dunavant PLC is co-sponsoring a seminar event, "Best Practices: Your Fiduciary Responsibilities," that will be held on August 26, 2010 at 8:30am at The Crescent Club.

This seminar will instruct participants on what they need to know about 401(k) fiduciary compliance directly from the Department of Labor.  Topics include best practices, litigation, fees and administration.
