Experience
Jeff is a Member in our tax group. He has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience in local firms.
Jeff’s experience in the field of taxation and consulting includes many areas of corporate and partnership taxation. Jeff has had extensive experience in the representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service involving individual, corporate, partnership, and retirement plan issues.
His background reflects a major emphasis in the healthcare, real estate, and not-for-profit industries. His experience is extensive in the area of practice management for various specialty physician practices. He has assisted these practices with contract negotiations, fee schedules, procedure cost analysis, operational assessments, budgeting, financial modeling, and development of physician compensation strategies.

Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Memphis Chapter of the Tennessee Society of CPAs. He has previously served on the healthcare, construction, and technology committees for the Tennessee Society of CPA’s.
Jeff is a member of the Medical Group Management Association. He has also co-authored several articles for various medical professional publications. Jeff is licensed in Tennessee.
